About the Hauxley
Named after the Northumberland coast, the Hauxley is the simplest bed we make. A clean platform, low to the floor, with a low flat headboard that does its job and nothing else.
It's made from solid pine, oiled to a warm honey colour. The grain shows. The knots show. Nothing is hidden behind paint or veneer.
If you want a bed that's well made and gets out of the way, this is the one.
