We deliver and assemble every bed ourselves, free, across the whole of the North East. We don't use couriers. We bring it, we build it, we take the packaging away.

Outside the North East

We do deliver further afield, but it's by arrangement and there's a charge depending on distance. Get in touch with your postcode and we'll quote.

What to expect on the day

• · We'll agree a delivery date when your bed is ready and a rough time window the day before.
• · Two of us will arrive, in a van, with your bed.
• · We'll bring the bed into the room of your choice, assemble it, and check it's level and solid.
• · We'll take all the packaging away with us.
• · The whole thing usually takes 30 to 45 minutes.

You don't need to do anything except show us where it goes. We'll get on with it.

Lead time

Every bed is delivered within three weeks of order. Often sooner. We'll tell you a date as soon as Peter starts on yours.

Bespoke pieces take longer, depending on what you've asked for. We'll give you a specific lead time when we quote.

Access

If your bedroom is up narrow stairs, through tight doorways, or you live in a flat without a lift, let us know when you order. Our beds break down into headboard, footboard, two side rails, and slats, so they fit through almost anything. Just worth flagging in advance.
